This is a draft outline, not a finalised terms of service. Eventuallyy is pre-launch; binding terms — including whether Eventuallyy acts as agent, marketplace intermediary or principal for each booking — will be published and legally reviewed before any real booking or payment takes place.
Request-to-book, not instant booking
Submitting a request through this site does not create a booking or any payment obligation. A booking is only confirmed once a matched supplier accepts a quote and you approve it.
Indicative vs. confirmed pricing
Any price shown before a supplier confirms — including the illustrative figures on the Packages page — is indicative and may change once the supplier reviews your exact date and requirements.
Supplier relationship
Services are delivered by independent third-party suppliers. Eventuallyy's role in each booking, including liability and dispute handling, will be set out in full terms published before launch.
